7 days Door-to-door Return Policy

How to return in 4 easy steps:

• Email Customer Service at [email protected] within 7 days from the date received parcel with Subject “Return Item”, mention your invoice number, shoes code and size to change/shoes to return in the email content.
• After confirmation with Ants Tribe, please packed with its ORIGINAL CONDITION, PACKAGING, LABELS and TAGS. The original invoice MUST also be sent back together with the item/s.
• PosLaju will pick up from you on the said timeline. Make sure you receive a copy of consignment note from PosLaju while they pick up as a “proof of return”.
• Lastly, check out your email from time to time as we will update you the tracking number again after we received the returned parcel.

Please note that:

• Ants Tribe will fully shoulder shipping expenses related to the following conditions:
  • Size Exchange
  • Personal Reason
  • Damaged Product
  • Product Leaking
  • Order is inconsistent with the actual delivered product
  Ants Tribe will not accept return or refund due to following reason:
  • Parcel received more than 7 days
  • Clearance item
• Please note that Ants Tribe reserve the rights to evaluate and confirm if the items are acceptable for exchange. In the case where we found the item has been used or had any damage caused by customer’s improper handling, Ants Tribe will return it to customer without any replacement.
• Cash refund(s) are allowed if it is not a clearance item. Please confirm before add to cart. Full product amount will refund in 14 working days from the date we received the parcel.
• Please allow 14 working days for exchange process to complete.
