We accept Credit/Debit Card, Online Banking, FPX, PayPal and Manual Transfer.
We will only delivery the order once we receive the payment.

For those who prefer manual transfer, please send your receipt’s picture to us [email protected] after bank in the amount.

Delivery Policy

Delivery charges

Orders will be charged at RM7.5 per single receipt within peninsular Malaysia and RM11 for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).

FREE delivery will be granted to customer with purchase RM70 and above in a single receipt.

Delivery timeframe and tracking

Our aim is to have your parcel shipped to you as fast as possible. All orders will be delivered and received in 3-7 working days, except pre-order product. We will not shipped out the order first if there are pre-order and ready stocks combined in a single order. You will only receive your order at indicated delivery timeframe.

Our delivery cut-off time is Mon-Fri 12pm, except for public holidays.

To track your parcel, please refer to our ‘Delivery Confirmation’ email. We will send the email once we send out the parcel. You may check your tracking number on your purchase history after you log in Ants Tribe Website.

Please note that Ants Tribe shall not liable to any losses, liabilities, damages, or delays on delivery.

Order changes / cancellation

Once order has been confirmed, Ants Tribe will not be able to process any changes or cancellation. Thus, it is highly recommended that all information and order details should be reviewed and finalised before Check Out.

Please check your parcel when you receive. Any delivery risk will be shifted to buyer after the acknowledgement of receipt of delivery.
