DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
By accessing and using this site to purchase Ants Tribe products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this site's Terms and Conditions and accept the responsibility of complying to any applicable law and regulation.
1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by or using the same online account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all, or any portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will credit to your credit card in the amount charged back to the same credit card account.
Ants Tribe may sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who are in legal age to transact. If you are under 18, you may use our Website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
You shall be receiving a notification through your registered email address once an order has been confirmed. You are advised to email us at [email protected] if you do not receive any confirmation within 24 hours after your online transaction. All confirmed orders are processed every 2:00pm, Philippine time, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays shall be considered as orders for the next business day.
3. ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATION
Once an order has been cofirmed, Ants Tribe will not be able to process order change and/or cancellation. It is highly recommended that all information and order details be reviewed and finalized before proceeding to Check Out.
4. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
All confirmed orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries are made from Mondays to Fridays only, except holidays. You will be notified in case of delays. Ants Tribe shall not be held responsible for delays due to forces beyond human control such as storms, earthquakes, and floods.
5. DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Delivery is currently limited within the Philippines only and does not accept PO Box addresses. The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address and other necessary information. Ants Tribe shall not be held responsible for orders lost due to inaccurate and/or incomplete details provided by customers.
To protect the customers, packages will only be handed over to the recipient as specified in the customer information form. The recipient must present proof of identification. If the customer cannot, for any reason, be physically available to receive the orders, the customer must provide an assigned representative with an authorization letter together with a proof of identification.
If the provided address is unmanned during the time of delivery, the customer will be notified with a statement of the next delivery schedule. The customer must confirm the re-scheduled date prior to Ants Tribe shipping the items again. If the delivery is unsuccessful 15 business days after, the products shall be returned to Atns Tribe.
Should courier partner not cover the area specified by customer, the customer wil be notified that the parcel could either be picked up from the nearest post office or by another specified option.
6. DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders will be charged with a delivery fee, unless if it qualifies to a free delivery. Free delivery service will be granted to customers with orders worth PhP2,000.00 and above. Delivery fee for boxes would be PhP150 for the first box and an additional Php60 for the second box. Deliveries for areas within and outside of Metro Manila will be charged the same rate.
7. RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Ants Tribe endeavors to ensure that all orders are of excellent quality, properly wrapped, packed, and sealed to prevent any form of damage. Customers are advised to email us at [email protected] within 48 hours after receipt of your delivery, should you find your order in the following conditions:
- products leaking
- products are broken
- products are damaged
- order is inconsistent with the actual delivered products
Returns will not be processed without prior confirmation from Ants Tribe through phone or email.
Damaged products must be returned in its original packaging, with labels and tags. The original invoice/acknowledement receipt must also be sent back together with the item/s.
Ants Tribe will shoulder the courier/shipping expenses related to all product returns.
Upon receipt of returned products, Ants Tribe will evaluate and confirm if the items are acceptable for exchange. The following items will not be accepted:
- damage caused by customer's improper handling
- opened/used items
Ants Tribe will give customers a unique Return Number as reference for the approved return transaction. Ants Tribe will replace any damaged item with exactly the same item in good condition. If the items is no longer available, Ants Tribe will coordinate with the customer for a suitable replacement.
